"When you join ALSTOMs Finance Graduate Development Programme, 2 years will be spent on an intense learning experience, combining formal learning with on-the-job experience and preparing you for a subsequent key role in our Finance Community. Programme structure: o Duration: 24 months employment contract. o Three assignments, two of six months and one of twelve months, in different sectors, countries and areas of Finance o Regular training programs are proposed throughout the program. o After this program you will be offered a permanent Finance job in one of ALSTOM countries.
